Messe München, the trade-fair centre in Riem in the east of the city, is about 37 km from Munich Airport — around 30–40 minutes on the A99 and A94 when traffic is normal. Fairs such as BAU (11–15 January 2027) and transport logistic (26–29 April 2027) fill the roads and the taxi ranks, so a booked car is the calm way in.

Munich Airport to Messe München (Riem): questions

How much is it per car?

$150 for a sedan (up to 3), $200 for a 7-seat minivan, $630 for a Sprinter (up to 16), $320 for a Mercedes — a fixed price for the whole car, the same day and night.

Why book a car for trade-fair days?

During big fairs taxi queues at the airport and the fairground get long and hotels fill up far from the venue. A pre-booked car with a fixed price, a name sign and 60 minutes of free waiting takes the uncertainty out of arrival and of the evening ride back.

Where will the driver drop us?

At the entrance you name — Eingang West, Ost or Nord — or at your hotel; for the way back the driver waits at the agreed entrance.
