Why RideDEU
Price per car
One fixed price for the whole car — for 4–7 people it is often comparable to rail tickets plus taxis.
Door to door
From arrivals to your hotel, across the border to Salzburg, up to the castle car park.
Licensed drivers
We hand-pick licensed drivers (Mietwagen mit Fahrer) and partner carriers, preferring experience in tourism.
Honest about prices
Taxis, S-Bahn and the Bayern-Ticket are cheaper — we say so on the pages.
Questions
Is a private transfer cheaper than a taxi in Germany?
No — our prices are above taxi fixed prices (for example €96 from Munich Airport to the main-station zone). The car is pre-booked, with a name sign, waiting time and the same price at any hour.
Do you go to Salzburg?
Yes: Munich Airport or Munich city to Salzburg, and day trips; the Austrian vignette is included.
How do we pay?
Pay 50% online to confirm, the rest in cash to the driver — or pay 100% online. Trips under $100 are paid in full online. Full refund if cancelled 24h+ before pickup (multi-day trips: 7+ days before the start).
Are castle tickets included?
No — Neuschwanstein and other castle tickets are booked separately.
For travellers from Russia
How do I pay if my Russian bank card does not work abroad?
The online payment (50% or 100%) works only with cards that work abroad. If yours does not, book on WhatsApp or by email and pay the driver in cash (euros or US dollars) — same price.
Does the driver speak Russian?
The standard driver speaks German and English. A Russian-speaking driver is free on request when one is available for your dates (usually possible in Munich, Frankfurt and Berlin); we confirm it at booking.
What documents do Russian citizens need for Germany?
Entry rules depend on citizenship and change — check before you travel: UK FCDO — Germany entry requirements and European Commission — Schengen visa policy (links checked 2026-10-22).
