Payment and cancellation
Pay 50% online to confirm, the rest in cash to the driver — or pay 100% online. Trips under $100 are paid in full online. Full refund if cancelled 24h+ before pickup (multi-day trips: 7+ days before the start).
Online payment
Online payments are processed by Stripe; card details are entered on Stripe’s form and never reach us. The amount is calculated by our server from the published prices — the same number you see in the calculator.
Cash to the driver
The part not paid online is paid to the driver at the end of the trip, in euros or US dollars.
Cancellation and refunds
Transfers and day trips: full refund if you cancel 24 hours or more before pickup. Multi-day trips (2 days or more): full refund if you cancel 7 days or more before the start. Later cancellations and no-shows: the online payment is not refunded. If we cannot provide the trip, you get a full refund.
