How far is Messe München from MUC, and how do I get there?

By public transport there is a trade-fair express bus from Terminal 2 (stop 2); otherwise S-Bahn to the city and the U2 to Messestadt. [3]
Is a private car more expensive during fairs?
No. Our price is fixed per car and does not change on fair days, at night or at weekends. On opening mornings and in the evening when the halls close, taxi queues get long, which is when a pre-booked car helps most.
Can a driver wait for me while I am at the fair?
Yes. Book a trade-fair chauffeur for 5 hours ($510 sedan, $1,100 Mercedes) or a car with driver for the whole day ($900 sedan). The driver drops you at the entrance, waits or moves you between hotel, fair and dinner.
What if my hotel is far from the fairground?
We drive from any hotel in the region; enter the hotel address in the calculator or send it on WhatsApp. For a group, a minivan (7) or a Sprinter (up to 16) takes everyone at once.
How early should I book a car for fair week?
For big fairs book as soon as your flight and hotel are fixed — at least a few days ahead. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
