We drive patients and their companions between the airport, the hotel and clinic appointments in Munich and Baden-Baden: Munich Airport to the city costs $170 per car, Frankfurt Airport to Baden-Baden $440, and a car with driver for the whole day $900. What exactly do you provide for clinic visits?
A private car with a driver: airport pickup with a name sign, rides from the hotel to appointments and back, waiting during the appointment if booked by the day, help with luggage. We do not provide nursing, medical equipment or ambulance transport.
Can the driver wait during a long appointment?
Yes — book a car with driver for the day ($900 for a sedan, up to 10 hours / 250 km) and the car stays with you between appointments, the pharmacy and the hotel.
What if the patient has limited mobility?
Tell us before booking: whether the patient can get into a car seat, if a folding wheelchair travels in the boot, and how much luggage there is. We confirm in writing what we can do; if a specially adapted vehicle is needed, we say so honestly rather than send an unsuitable car.
Can a family travel together in one car?
Yes — a minivan (7) or Mercedes V-Class carries the patient, companions and luggage together; the price is per car, not per person.
Who chooses the clinic and books the appointment?
You and your doctor. We only drive; the appointment address and time come from you, and we plan the pickup with enough reserve for traffic.
