Where does the driver meet me at FRA?
The day before, we send the driver’s name and phone number. After baggage claim and customs, the driver waits in the arrivals area of your terminal with your name on a sign. If you cannot find each other, call or message the driver on WhatsApp.
What if my flight is late or lands after midnight?
We follow your flight number, so the pickup moves with the real landing time — a delay costs you nothing, and 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free. After midnight the price stays the same as in the daytime.
